1. Dark lips

   2. Frosty Eyeshadows

These shadows create the illusion of bigger, brighter eyes because of the luminosity they have. Frosty colors are also light enough to look gorgeous on any skin tone. If you are asking yourself now what are “frosty” shades, such colors include: silver, light, pale blue, and gray.
